It arrived in 5 days to Japan after ordering. It was smaller than I thought, but the wind volume as a blower was pretty powerful and surprised. It becomes a small handy vacuum cleaner by attaching it with a vacuum cleaner unit on the opposite side of the balloon, so it is perfect for an on-board vacuum cleaner. I do not know the durability yet, but I am satisfied because the price is also affordable.
