I honestly didn't like the support very much.
It has a lot of play in the 3 upper knobs
I will continue using it since it might be more comfortable to use them without it.
And what I liked were the height-adjustable legs that are very useful and very comfortable.
If you are going to buy it to adjust it with the upper knob, I don't recommend it much since at least in my case they came out with a lot of play.
